Volunteers Needed:
The Iron Cross foundation is seeking
volunteers from the community and participating parents, friends or
family to help staff and run the meet. If you or a group would
like to get involved, please contact Karen Zediker,
kzediker@ironcrossfoundation.org, or by phone, 253-686-1291.
Concessions:
Forza coffee and Jamba Juice along with a host of other foods and
snacks will be on hand for the duration of the meet. We thank
Forza and Jamba for their participation and support.
Special Admittance Costs:
(FREE Passes for Pre-team & Rec gymnasts -

FREE - Any Pre-team or Recreational Gymnastics. To encourage young
boys in the sport of gymnastics, we are offering a FREE admission
for any recreational or Pre-team boys with
a paying adult. We have included a
sheet of passes - click here that you may download and
offer to your young male gymnasts. We ask that you indicate
your gym affiliation on the back of the passes. We hope to
inspire the next generation of Washington State Champions!

General: Admission prices are $5 for youth and adults (Discount for students with valid ASB). $3 Children (3-11) and Sr. Citizens. (Children 2 and under FREE). No more than $20 for a family per session. Multi-session passes will be available.

where did all his points go??!! Holy cow, that looked
flawless. Where were all the deductions?? Ever asked yourself or
commented that to friends and family? Well, here is your chance to
learn personally from an experienced gymnastics judge how and when
all these deductions add up. You'll be empowered! Don't miss the
opportunity! We have a unique opportunity for family and friends at
this year's state championships. Members of the Washington
Gymnastics Judges Association will be available to respond to
questions between sessions. $1 minimum donation of per
question will help support the ICF Scholarship Fund!

NOTE: 705 Westbound from I-5 will be closed 3am-12noon on Sunday. Best alternative is to take HWY-16 West from I-5, then exit on S Union Ave going North to 6 Ave. Then right onto 6th Ave and continue until you come to Division. Go slight left onto Division from 6th Ave, follow Division down to S. Stadium Way, go left. Stadium High in front of you.
